→ Program compatible with a salaried activity for employees, entrepreneurs and people in professional repositioning
→ A training course aimed at executives, entrepreneurs and professionals undergoing professional repositioning

Compact format (100% face-to-face): 7 days (spread over several weeks)
Methodology & prerequisites

The size of each promotion, between 5 and 15 people, allows for strong interaction between participants
Managers and executives who need to master strategic management in a context of digital transformation
→ Prerequisites
- 3 years’ higher education and 5 years’ managerial experience
- 5 years’ higher education and 3 years’ professional experience
- Possibility of Validation of Professional Acquired Knowledge (VAP) to reach the required academic level of access.
Monitoring and evaluation
→ Sanction of training
- Certification of the skill block subject to successful completion of the assessment.
- This certification corresponds to the skills block n°1 “Designing and deploying corporate or entity strategy” in RNCP sheet n° 35112.
- Final evaluation in the form of a practical case / project

Theme 1 - Economics for managers (2 days)
→ Clarify the main concepts of economics
→ In-depth analysis of essential mechanisms, both microeconomic and macroeconomic, to avoid possible misinterpretations or false analyses.
→ Provide a simple yet comprehensive framework to help you understand the business environment in your professional life
Topic 2 - Strategic management (2 days)
→ Master and apply the main concepts, tools and methods used in strategy formulation
→ Master a cross-disciplinary approach and integrate all management, marketing and administration disciplines
→ Evaluate the prospects open to companies and better understand the scope and limits of different strategic analysis grids.
Theme 3 - Digital transformation (2 days)
→ Better understand the interactions between the different dimensions of a company.
→ Understanding the challenges of digital transformation
→ Understanding and designing new digital business models
→ Implement value propositions and IS architectures adapted to digital transformation
Theme 4 – Summary & evaluation (1 day)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Managers and executives who need to master strategic management in a context of digital transformation
- Holders of a Bac+3 degree and with at least 5 years’ managerial experience
- Holders of a Bac+5 degree and at least 3 years’ professional experience
- All persons who meet the conditions of the validation of professional experience (VAP)

Registration deadline : the day the program starts except for students requiring a visa (8 weeks before the start of the program).
Training costs
- Participants from France or the European Union: 4,300 Euros*.
*Not subject to VAT; does not include insurance, visa, purchase of books and other educational materials, and the subsequent costs related to the learning trip (travel, hotel and food expenses on site)
