ABOUT
In a demanding economic climate, marked by the pursuit of performance, reliability and organisational management, auditing, control and performance functions occupy a strategic position at the heart of companies. They enable decisions to be made with confidence, resources to be optimised and organisational transformation to be supported.
The Audit, Control and Performance (ACP) specialisation of the EDC Paris Master In Management Programme trains managers to analyse performance, manage activities and contribute to strategic decision-making. It is aimed at students wishing to move into operational roles in companies or firms, at the interface of finance, control and management.
Unlike the Accounting, Consulting and Auditing (CCA) specialisation, the ACP specialisation does not prepare students for DSCG equivalencies, but aims to prepare them for direct entry into management and performance roles.
Why choose the Audit, Control and Performance specialisation?
Choosing the Audit, Control and Performance specialisation means preparing for key roles in performance management, at the heart of how organisations operate and transform. This specialisation allows you to develop a detailed understanding of control mechanisms, internal auditing, and financial and operational performance.
It offers a practical, business-oriented approach focused on analysis, reporting, decision support and continuous improvement. The ACP specialisation is particularly suited to students who wish to acquire skills that can be directly applied in a business setting, without pursuing a career in chartered accountancy or preparing for the DSCG.
Who is this specialisation for?
The Audit, Control and Performance specialisation is for students in the Grande École Programme who wish to move into roles in control, internal audit, performance management or organisational consulting.
It is particularly suited to those who:
· those attracted to financial and operational analysis,
· those interested in performance, control and optimisation issues,
· those wishing to hold cross-functional positions within organisations,
· those seeking professional training geared towards employment.
This specialisation is intended for students who wish to quickly enter the job market in positions of responsibility, without aiming for DSCG equivalencies.
