The Audit, Control and Performance (ACP) specialisation of the EDC Paris Master In Management Programme trains managers to analyse performance, manage activities and contribute to strategic decision-making. It is aimed at students wishing to move into operational roles in companies or firms, at the interface of finance, control and management.
Unlike the Accounting, Consulting and Auditing (CCA) specialisation, the ACP specialisation does not prepare students for DSCG equivalencies, but aims to prepare them for direct entry into management and performance roles.

OBJECTIVES
The Audit, Control & Performance specialisation aims to train students to analyse, manage and improve organisational performance with a view to supporting decision-making and creating value. It aims to equip students with a solid grasp of management control tools, internal auditing and financial and operational performance management.
The programme provides an understanding of control, risk management and reporting mechanisms, while developing the ability to interpret financial data and formulate operational recommendations for management. The objective is to train managers capable of working effectively in finance departments, control functions or consulting firms, with a resolutely business- and performance-oriented approach.

The ACP specialisation stands out for its resolutely operational and business-oriented approach. Teaching is based on case studies, real-life situations and applied projects, directly inspired by professional practices.
The work-study programme allows for continuous immersion in finance departments, management control or consulting firms. Courses are taught by lecturers and professionals in auditing, control and consulting, ensuring a balance between academic rigour and practical expertise.

CURRICULUM & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
The Audit, Control & Performance specialisation is part of a work-study programme, allowing students to develop skills that can be directly applied in the workplace.
The programme combines academic teaching, case studies, applied projects and professional experience within finance departments, management control services, internal audit departments or consulting firms.
THE RHYTHM
The programme is organised on a work-study basis, with one week at school and three weeks in a company, a format particularly suited to control and audit professions, which require continuity, rigour and a detailed understanding of organisations.
Core curriculum of the Grande École Programme. Consolidation of fundamentals in management, finance, strategy and economics.
Entry into the Audit, Control & Performance specialisation. Acquisition of the fundamentals of management control, financial analysis and performance management, with initial practical application in a company setting.
In-depth training in internal auditing, advanced control, reporting and decision support. The courses are closely linked to the assignments entrusted to students in companies or firms.
The programme culminates in increased involvement in the company and the writing of a final dissertation based on a real-life issue relating to performance, control or auditing. This semester enables students to consolidate their role as performance managers.

The entrance examinations are open to students who are currently pursuing or have obtained a two-year or three-year higher education diploma and wish to enrol in the Grande École Programme at EDC Paris Business School in the third or fourth year.
