Core curriculum of the Master In Management Programme. Consolidation of fundamentals in management, finance, economics and strategy.

Entry into the Financial Management specialisation. Learning the fundamentals of corporate finance and introduction to financial markets and regulation, with initial preparation for AMF certification.

In-depth study of financial skills, from advanced analysis to financial management and markets, with enhanced preparation for the AMF examination, in line with corporate assignments.

The culmination of the programme involves increased involvement in the company, finalising preparations for AMF certification and writing a final dissertation based on a real financial issue.

Business Valuation & Financial Engineering: mastering methods for valuing and structuring financial transactions.

Financial Markets & Risk Management: understanding and managing exposure to market and credit risks.

Sustainable Finance & Responsible Investment: integrating ESG criteria and green finance into investment decisions.

Mergers & Acquisitions & Private Equity: analysing and structuring M&A and equity investment transactions.

The teaching approach is based on a combination of active and professional methods that place students at the heart of their learning. Project-based learning plays a central role: case studies, teamwork and community projects enable students to apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations, while developing collaborative skills and analytical thinking.

This dynamic is reinforced by the co-construction of knowledge, particularly through flipped classrooms, which encourage active engagement with content, increased participation in class and greater intellectual autonomy.

The programme also incorporates hybrid learning, combining face-to-face and digital teaching methods. The use of digital tools, collaborative platforms and video resources diversifies the learning methods and provides flexibility tailored to the current needs of students.

Finally, professional immersion is an essential pillar. Internships, work-study programmes, corporate assignments and involvement in community life enable students to apply what they have learned to real-world situations, understand organisational dynamics and develop the skills expected in the professional world.

Together, these elements form a coherent, stimulating and professionalising educational framework designed to effectively prepare future managers for contemporary challenges.

Throughout the academic programme, students are assessed in a variety of ways: 
The assessment methods are tailored to the level of study: during the first cycle, examinations (multiple-choice questions, knowledge tests, practical exercises) are mainly designed to test the acquisition of knowledge. Subsequently, students are assessed mainly through case studies, role-playing exercises and project presentations.
Each internship gives rise to the writing of a report intended to ensure the acquisition of skills.
More generally, we use the following six levels of cognitive skills to assess our students: 
Understanding: quizzes, matching exercises, etc.
Recognising/Knowing: quizzes, matching exercises, etc.
Applying: (practical exercises, simulations, etc.)
Analysing: (problem solving, case studies, etc.)
Evaluate: (case studies, critiques, etc.)
Create: (projects, etc.)
Teachers award bonus points for active participation in class or remotely when students contribute to a discussion forum.

Certification is obtained through the validation of modules and a professional dissertation.

Validation of the certification is linked to the validation of all skill modules. In addition to the skill modules, this certification includes an additional component, namely the professional dissertation: this is a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary assessment of the entire course, summarising all the skills acquired.

Bridges and equivalences

There are no bridges or equivalencies: enrolment in the programme requires students to take all modules. If a block is not validated after a resit session, the student must repeat the year and does not retain the benefit of any blocks that may have been validated.
