Business Development Strategy: structuring an approach to winning new business and building customer loyalty.
Project Management Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall): defining the scope, planning and managing projects.
Negotiation & Key Account Management: developing and securing strategic accounts.
Performance Management & Reporting: measuring, analysing and optimising business performance.
- Project-based learning: case studies, team projects, association projects
- Co-construction of knowledge: flipped classrooms
- Blended learning: use of digital tools and videos to support diverse teaching methods, both in person and remotely
- Immersive learning: in the workplace (internships, work-study programmes, assignments, student associations)
Throughout the academic programme, students are assessed in multiple ways:
- Continuous assessments & Final exams
- Final Dissertation (MFE): Students write a final dissertation and defend it in front of a jury composed of two professors. The validation of the MFE is one of the requirements for obtaining the degree.
The faculty assess students based on six key cognitive skills:
- Understanding: quizzes, matching exercises...
- Recognition: quizzes, matching exercises...
- Application of concepts and theories: practical exercises, simulations...
- Analysis: problem-solving, case studies...
- Immersion: case studies, critiques, assignments, business games
- Creativity: projects, entrepreneurship...
No bridging programmes or equivalencies: enrolment in the programme requires completing all modules in full.
If you wish to continue your studies after the MSc in Business Project Management, it is possible!
Subject to meeting the prerequisites, you could, for example, choose to pursue a PhD or undertake a Master of Science in another specialisation of your choice.
Working professionals can apply to have their skills acquired through professional experience recognised via a process known as Validation Of Prior Learning and Experience (VAE), provided their application is submitted at least 9 months before the graduation panel.
