The Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence specialisation prepares students to thrive in an economic environment where data and artificial intelligence have become major drivers of decision-making and business transformation. It trains students to collect, analyse and interpret data, while understanding the strategic, technological and ethical issues related to the use of artificial intelligence.
This programme combines technical skills in data analysis and machine learning with a business-oriented approach to decision-making. Students learn how to transform data into actionable information, develop predictive models and support organisations in their digital transformation projects in a responsible manner.
Why choose the Data & AI specialisation?
Choosing the Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence specialisation means focusing on a field that is at the heart of current business transformations. Today, the ability to understand and exploit data not only enables you to support change, but also to drive it. This specialisation is aimed at students who want to understand the technologies that are shaping the world of tomorrow and learn how to use them to improve decision-making, innovate and create new opportunities.
Beyond technical skills, the programme trains students to make sense of data, transform analyses into concrete recommendations and support organisations in their transformation projects. By combining artificial intelligence, data analysis and business acumen, this specialisation opens the door to careers of the future that are in demand across all sectors and provides a real advantage for advancing in a constantly changing professional environment.
Who is this specialisation for?

A WORD FROM THE DIRECTOR
Choosing the Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence specialisation means choosing a field that is already shaping the world of tomorrow. Data and artificial intelligence are profoundly transforming businesses, their strategies and their professions. In this context, our ambition is to train professionals who are not only capable of mastering these new tools, but above all of understanding them, questioning them and using them to make informed and responsible decisions.
This specialisation has been designed to enable students to develop a genuine dual skill set, combining analytical and business expertise. They learn how to transform data into value, reveal opportunities where others see only numbers, and support organisations in their innovation and transformation projects. We also place great importance on the ethical and societal issues related to artificial intelligence, in order to train students to be aware of their responsibility in the use of these technologies.
Through projects, business challenges and end-of-study professional experience, each student gradually builds their expertise and confidence. Joining this specialisation means choosing to evolve in a stimulating, forward-looking environment and giving yourself the means to become a key player in the digital transformations to come.

Semester 5 forms the academic foundation of the specialisation and enables students to acquire essential skills in data analysis and artificial intelligence applied to business. Through courses in programming, statistics, machine learning, database management and data visualisation, students learn how to use data to support business decision-making. The programme also covers the ethical and regulatory issues related to the use of AI. Applied projects, business challenges and real-life scenarios complement the teaching and enable students to develop an operational approach before their end-of-studies internship.
Examples of courses:
-Python for Data Science
-Data visualisation
-Generative AI for Data Science
-Machine learning for Business
Semester 6 is devoted to a six-month professional immersion in a company, in France or abroad. This internship allows students to put into practice the skills they have acquired in data analytics and artificial intelligence in concrete assignments related to data analysis, business performance or digital transformation. Supervised by academic staff, the internship culminates in the writing of a professional dissertation based on a real-life problem encountered in the company, followed by a defence. This semester is a key step in the students' professional development and facilitates their integration into the data and decision-making analysis professions.
The pedagogical approach is based on a combination of active and professionalising methods that place the student at the heart of their learning. Project-based learning plays a central role: case studies, teamwork and community projects enable students to apply theoretical concepts in real-life situations, while developing collaborative skills and analytical thinking.
This dynamic is reinforced by the co-construction of knowledge, particularly through flipped classrooms, which encourage active engagement with content, increased participation in class and greater intellectual autonomy.
The programme also incorporates hybrid learning, combining face-to-face and digital teaching methods. The use of digital tools, collaborative platforms and video resources diversifies the learning methods and provides flexibility tailored to the current needs of students.
Finally, professional immersion is an essential pillar. Internships allow students to apply what they have learned to real-world situations, understand organisational dynamics and develop the skills expected in the professional world.
Together, these elements form a coherent, stimulating and professionalising educational framework designed to effectively prepare future managers for contemporary challenges.

Promotion 2011
