Student support.

Supporting student life.

EDC Paris Business School has built an ecosystem of partnerships to secure students’ living conditions (housing, mobility, tackling hardship) and so strengthen equal opportunities throughout their studies, not just when they start.

Tackling student hardship: StudHelp partnership.

EDC Paris Business School has joined the StudLabel, the scheme run by the StudHelp association, a leading provider of social and food support for students since 2021, which now helps several thousand students in difficulty every year.

Access to housing: Studapart partnership.

Finding accommodation without a guarantor remains one of the main obstacles for students settling in the Paris region, particularly for international students. EDC Paris has partnered with Studapart, a private platform reserved for its community.

A range of partner residences for every budget.

In addition to Studapart, EDC Paris has selected several partner student residences near the campus, covering a wide range of budgets and levels of service:

  • The Social Hub (5 min walk): from €1,309 all inclusive, swimming pool, rooftop, breakfast included

  • CANVAS Puteaux La Défense (20 min walk): €1,100 to €1,500, cinema, music studio, rooftop

  • Kley Courbevoie (25-35 min): €940 to €1,250, co-working space, gym, rooftop

  • Kley Gennevilliers (40 min): €870 to €1,200, fitness classes, security and CCTV

  • Yugo YouFirst (20 min walk): €820 to €1,300, 20% off application fees

  • ALJT (40 min): €464 to €800 all charges included, reserved for under-30s on a low income

  • Lodging with a host in Bezons (40 min): from €450 per person in a double room

Dedicated support also helps students check their eligibility for housing benefit (APL/CAF) and set up a rental guarantee (Visale or GarantMe) before the check-in inventory.

Housing factsheet

The cafeteria’s community fridge.

To reduce food waste, the campus cafeteria has set up a community fridge: every day from 3pm, unsold perishable products are made available to any students who want them, on a principle similar to an in-house TooGoodToGo.

Diversity, inclusion and social responsibility towards students.

EDC Paris builds gender equality, inclusion and the fight against all forms of discrimination into its institutional policy as a whole, through awareness-raising, prevention and support. Dedicated contacts are in place to guide and support students facing disability, gender-based and sexual violence or mental health difficulties.

  • Disability: a disability adviser coordinates an Individual Action Plan (PAI) for each student with a disability, from the admissions stage onwards, in line with AGEFIPH recommendations.

Disability support: [email protected]

  • Gender-based and sexual violence: designated contacts are available for students facing harassment or violence, and a sexual harassment officer has also been appointed within the Social and Economic Committee (CSE). Awareness campaigns are run on respect for others and cyberbullying, and the School plans to strengthen this system with dedicated sessions on gender-based and sexual violence, working with occupational health and risk prevention specialists.

  • Mental health: students are offered health support through a free medical consultation on arrival (in partnership with Qare) and, since 2024, a psychological support service provided by the Calonne network, whose sessions on campus have been doubled to meet growing needs. Individual follow-up can also be arranged outside these sessions for situations requiring additional support.
