→ Prerequisites
- Baccalaureate and 5 years of professional experience
- Bac+2 and 3 years of professional experience
- Possibility of Validation of Professional Acquired Knowledge (VAP) to reach the required academic level of access.
Monitoring and evaluation
→ Sanction of training
- Certification of the skill block subject to successful completion of the assessment.
- This certification corresponds to the certification of skill block no. 6 “Bringing together and training teams around the business project in a complex environment” of RNCP sheet no. 35112
- Final evaluation in the form of a practical case / project

Theme 1 - Self-knowledge and team dynamics (2 days)
→Get to know yourself better thanks to personality tests (MBTI or TMS)
→ Communicate better at the interpersonal level and best mobilize colleagues/subordinates, taking into account individual differences.
Theme 2 - Situational management (2 days)
→ Manage and mobilize employees while taking into account individual differences
→ Improve the quality of relationships at work
→ Adapt your management and leadership style to the situation
→ Anticipate and better manage your stress
Theme 3 - Ethics and crisis management (2 days)
→ Understand the different levels of the ethical question in management and their reciprocal links
→ Integrate ethical principles into manager decision-making
→ Acquire specific know-how in crisis management
Theme 4 – Summary & evaluation (1 day)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Managers and leaders who need to develop their leadership and become a successful manager
- Holders of a Baccalaureate diploma and at least 5 years of professional experience
- Holders of a degree at level Bac+2 with a minimum of three years’ professional experience
- All persons who meet the conditions of the validation of professional experience (VAP)

Registration deadline : the day the program starts except for students requiring a visa (8 weeks before the start of the program).
Training costs
- French or European Union participants: 4,500 Euros*
*Not subject to VAT; does not include insurance, visa, purchase of books and other educational materials, and the subsequent costs related to the learning trip (travel, hotel and food expenses on site)
