Biography:

I hold a PhD in Corporate Finance and a PhD in Management Sciences. I am an assistant professor at EDC Paris Business School. Prior to EDC, I was a visiting professor at Skema Business School and Excelia Business School. My research focuses on corporate finance. I work on topics related to investments and divestments, as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR). My work has implications not only for corporate management, but also for governments and society as a whole. I have taught corporate finance and related subjects at the above-mentioned institutions.
