Prerequisites

• 3 years’ higher education and 5 years’ managerial experience
• 5 years’ higher education and 3 years’ professional experience
• Possibility of Validation des Acquis Professionnels (VAP) to reach the required academic entry level

Sanction of training

• Certification of the skill block subject to successful completion of the assessment.
• This certification corresponds to the block of skills n°2 “Managing human resources in line with corporate social responsibility” in RNCP sheet n° 35112.
• Final evaluation in the form of a practical case / project

• Provide participants with a critical understanding of HRM and its evolution
• Understanding the strategic dimension of HR
• Define the key concepts of human resources management
• Apply HR tools to recruit, motivate and retain employees
• Contribute as a manager to the company’s overall performance

Energy transition & climate issues (1 day)

• Understand the basic physical mechanisms that determine the exchange of energy flows, the technologies for transforming or using them, and their interactions with nature.
• Understand the systemic economic, political and social mechanisms surrounding energy.
• Prioritize major issues and link them to basic mechanisms.

Corporate social responsibility (2 days)

• Explain the benefits and main challenges of implementing a CSR approach.
• Master the main national and international standards in this field.
• Identify innovative CSR practices and their key success factors.

TOPIC 3 - SYNTHESIS & EVALUATION (1 DAY)
