→ Program compatible with a salaried activity for employees, entrepreneurs and people in professional repositioning
→ A training course aimed at executives, entrepreneurs and professionals undergoing professional repositioning

Compact format (100% face-to-face): 7 days (spread over several weeks)

Managers and executives who need to master the concepts of finance and performance
→ Prerequisites
- 3 years’ higher education and 5 years’ professional experience
- 5 years’ higher education and 3 years’ professional experience
- Possibility of Validation of Professional Acquired Knowledge (VAP) to reach the required academic level of access.
Monitoring and evaluation
→ Sanction of training
- Certification of the skill block subject to successful completion of the assessment.
- This certification corresponds to the certification of skill block no. 6 “Bringing together and training teams around the business project in a complex environment” of RNCP sheet no. 35112
- Final evaluation in the form of a practical case / project

Topic 1 - Financial analysis (2 days)
→ Understand financial statements and interpret financial data.
→ Assess a company’s financial health: activity, profitability, risk, structure, strengths and weaknesses.
→ Arbitrate and determine corrective measures to be taken: indebtedness, investment, normative working capital requirements, provisional financing plan, optimal level of indebtedness (leverage).
Topic 2 - Corporate finance (2 days)
→ Understand the levers of value creation and the links between: Strategy/Finance/Operating indicators (ROCE)
→ Financial calculations with cash flows over time
→ How to use interest rates for financial calculations
→ Making the right investment and financing decisions
→ Know how to forecast cash flows
Topic 3 - Performance management (2 days)
→ Integrate strategic analysis into the analysis of information provided by management control systems (budgets, costing, dashboards).;
→ Implement financial and non-financial performance measurement and management tools in line with corporate strategy. ;
→ Managing the value-cost “couple” in relation to strategy.
→ How to set up a Balanced Scorecard and an OVAR (French approach to dashboards)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Managers and leaders who need to develop their leadership and become a successful manager
- Holders of a Bac+3 degree and at least 5 years’ professional experience
- Holders of a Bac+5 degree and at least 3 years’ professional experience
- All persons who meet the conditions of the validation of professional experience (VAP)

Registration deadline : the day the program starts except for students requiring a visa (8 weeks before the start of the program).
Training costs
- Participants from France or the European Union: 4,300 Euros*.
*Not subject to VAT; does not include insurance, visa, purchase of books and other educational materials, and the subsequent costs related to the learning trip (travel, hotel and food expenses on site)
