Professor of Management Sciences (1979), professor at the Universities of Poitiers (1980-1987) and Paris Val de Marne (1987-1990), he became Director of the IAE of Poitiers (1980-1987). Professor at the IAE Paris-Sorbonne (1990-2004), he was director of this institution from 2004 to 2011 and from 2013 to 2016. He was also General Manager of the Audencia Business School in Nantes between 2004 and 2010. Professor Emeritus since 2016, Jean-Pierre HELFER is Director of collections at Vuibert Editions and consultant for companies and organizations in France and abroad.
