Biography:
Dr. Oswa Ferjaoui is an Assistant Professor of Management at EDC Paris Business School. Prior to joining EDC, she served for two years as an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Le Mans. She holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Sciences, with research focusing on the interplay between digital technologies and participatory governance in the context of smart cities. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human and Social Sciences, specializing in Governance and Territory (Université d’Évry-Val-d’Essonne), as well as a National Diploma in Architecture from a Tunisian university.
Her interdisciplinary background informs her work on public management, digital transition, and the social acceptability of innovation in urban environments, particularly in relation to smart cities and smart buildings. She is a member of the Association Information & Management (AIM) and the International Association of Strategic Management (AIMS). Her recent publications explore themes such as technological innovation, governance, and the societal implications of digital transformation.
