Third Edition of the Workshop Entrepreneurship, Innovations, Governance
Since the last two decades, the worldwide have experienced several crises leading to dramatic financial, economics and managerial consequences. Whatever the type of shocks (endogenous or exogenous), companies are substantially impacted, especially their management has been challenged. For example, during the last COVID-19 crisis the organisational resilience, particularly for SMEs have been challenged again. To avoid failure and bankruptcy, companies are constrained to be able to adapt to new situations and for environment mutations. More specifically, practitioners and academicians have discussed and debate about organizational resilience through investigating the behaviour from an individual point of view (individual psychological resilience), or from a social point of view (collective resilience or eco-environmental resilience). From a literature perspective, it is shown that various managerial activities of the company such as human resources management and governance should help to improve the longevity of organizations during these difficult periods of growing uncertainty. The current call for papers aims to contribute to this topical debate and invites authors to submit innovative contributions related to the main following topics, but are not limited to:
