The reference in entrepreneurial leadership for the past 70 years
Whether you are founding or taking over a company, working as an executive manager, part of a start-up, SME or a large group, at Paris Business School we are convinced that to be effective as a leader, you must acquire responsible entrepreneurial skills. With a business start-up rate 3 times higher than other Grandes Ecoles and 80% of graduates working in business development, intrapreneurship or innovation, EDC Paris Business School is the reference for training entrepreneurial leaders.
Transdisciplinarity, digital technology and increased specialisations with the Grande Ecole programme reform
All students in the Grande Ecole programme must take courses in coding, design, digital transformation and geopolitics. Being an effective entrepreneurial leader requires being a digital native and working effectively with engineers, developers and designers. Each student can choose from dozens of specialisations in their initial training or through work-study programmes. For example, they could choose from corporate finance, audit & management control, digital marketing, brand marketing, e-business & digital transformation (in partnership with EFREI Paris, 30% of our students choose this major), data science & business intelligence, entrepreneurship & innovation, international business, luxury brand marketing (in partnership with Sup de Luxe).
An entrepreneurial mindset with an international focus
Students may complete their entire programme in English. They are also required to have an international academic or professional exchange experience. This exchange can last up to 24 months, with numerous dual degree agreements with prestigious institutions such as McGill University in Canada.
A new campus to start the academic year in 2020
The school will move into a new campus in the Puteaux La Défense business district spanning 5,000 m², in addition to 2 new sites in Paris, inaugurated in 2019. This move is part of an ambitious development strategy that will provide EDC group with a total area of 13,500 m² for its educational activities. It will also enable the school to implement new teaching methods based on innovation and project-based learning and will strengthen our commitment business creation (significant increase in the size of our incubator).
A network of companies and alumni to boost employability
Work-based training is a key part of our project, with 40% of students pursuing their specialisation through work-study programmes. Thanks to our network of partner companies and the commitment of our alumni (nearly 18,500 as of 2019), we benefit from over 3,000 internship and job offers each year. 93% of our students start their first job with a permanent contract within 2 months of graduation.
