Like an EMBA, EDC Paris Business School’s Executive Master in Management “Grande Ecole” is aimed at managers and entrepreneurs wishing to give their careers new impetus. The course combines thorough understanding of the different roles in a company with an integrative, strategic vision that enables students to succeed in complex, constantly changing environments.

A 19-month course combining the best of face-to-face and remote teaching

* The tuition fees only include lectures and travel in the remote country; participants must pay for travel to the country and for accommodation and food.

Personal development

→ An introductory seminar devoted to self-knowledge and a seminar devoted to leadership

→ 2 x 45-minute individual mentoring / coaching interviews for each participant

Individual strategic project

A source of direct RoI for the participant:

The strategic project is the culmination of the degree course. Developed gradually throughout the course, it creates a link between the concepts and knowledge taught and the issues affecting the participant’s company.

The individual strategic project provides the opportunity to analyse a strategic issue affecting the participant’s company and to provide concrete, ready-to-implement solutions

Participants wishing to change career and entrepreneurs may:

Consolidate a planned company creation or buy-out

Help a start-up to develop

The strategic project culminates in writing a dissertation and presenting it to a panel.

Learning in english

→ A dedicated digital platform enables personalisation of the learning pathway in English

Assessment procedures

→ Evaluation takes several forms: written examinations, case studies, role play, computerised simulations, multiple-choice questionnaires, practical exercises

→ These evaluations may be individual or collective.

→ In addition, participants will write an applied dissertation and present it to a panel as part of the individual strategic project

Eligibility criteria

  • Holders of a degree of between Bac+3 and Bac+5 with a minimum of two years’ professional experience
  • Holders of a degree at level Bac+2 with a minimum of three years’ professional experience
  • Anyone fulfilling the conditions for Validation of Professional Experience

Admission procedures

  • On-line application form
  • On-line test (English, management ability) and an individual interview
  • Possibility of providing results dating from less than three years for the GMAT/TAGE Executive TAGE MAGE or TOEFL/TOEIC/Cambridge in place of EDC tests
  • Eligible for Personal Training Accounts (PTA) or Transitional PTAs. Code: 47415
