Marketing consultant, start-ups, food industry
After a career in mass consumption - decoding trends, brand positioning, range development - Alice Darmon assists French and foreign startups in marketing and communication in the food industry.
Trained as a lawyer (Admitted to the Paris Bar), an entrepreneur (has contributed to the development of product ranges for Ikea, Habitat, Roche Bobois... in France and abroad), then as Director of Licensing for France and Italy for Weight Watchers and member of the Management Committee, she then shared her experience as author of publications for the Les Echos Group/Etudes before creating her consulting agency - Creative Strategies - which supports companies in their marketing strategies. She works at Sup de luxe for French and international students who are curious and passionate about French-style food luxury. She also coaches emerging companies, for example for the Global Startup Weekend (February 2018) and Viva Technology (May 2018). "A very enriching experience that nourishes my vision of the audacity to undertake and the humility necessary to lead a project to success." His favourite sector: the markets that make sense in the food sector - luxury and all its components Art of living - societal responsibility (origin, quality, strength of Made in France...), very trendy special markets (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, organic...) which also inspire the different luxury sectors. His favorite quote: "It's time to light the stars"! French cuisine is part of this roadmap!
