Our identity & our strategy

Our mission

Position ourselves as a driver and catalyst for innovative, research-based learning initiatives by creating programmes and experiences in keeping with a vision for entrepreneurship for individuals and organizations, both national and international.

Our vision

“To train humanist leaders for the digital age with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to design and implement innovative strategies to enhance the societal and economic performance of organisations.”

This vision is embodied in our graduate profile, christened by our signature “DIVE” – Developer. Innovator. Value Creator. Entrepreneur – which is applied to all our degree courses.

→ A particular focus on entrepreneurship, business development and innovation in order to train students and managers capable of identifying and developing new horizons, pushing back the boundaries of business in a world where uncertainty and ambiguity are invariables.

→ Humanism 3.0 at the heart of our teaching methods, with courses in geopolitics, design, general culture and soft skills, as well as coding, big data, design thinking and new business models, to ensure that our students and participants are ‘digital natives’.

→ Understanding performance in all its forms – economic, financial, human, environmental and societal – in order to train responsible and committed managers.

→ A particular focus on luxury services and expertise in the ‘luxurisation’ of the economy.

Our values

Ambition & Commitment: We set high standards. We encourage them to be leaders who make a real difference in companies and in society. We encourage them to be leaders who make a real difference in companies and in society.

→ Creativity: We challenge preconceived ideas. We are problem solving oriented and do not hesitate to think outside the box. We encourage our students, our stakeholders, to step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves.

→ Diversity & Openness: We consider openness, diversity and cooperation to be intrinsically linked. We are convinced of the necessity and the power of networks in an increasingly complex and connected world.

→ Responsibility:Social responsibility is a state of mind that must characterize all our decisions. Indeed, a leader needs to develop a holistic vision of performance and value creation. They embrace the values of fair leadership. Indeed, a leader needs to develop a holistic vision of performance and value creation. They embrace the values of fair leadership.

OUR STRATEGIC PLAN EXPAND 2027

Our “ExpanDC 2027” strategic plan is the fruit of collaborative work with our various stakeholders: governance, alumni, faculty, employees and, of course, students.

Our new strategic plan began in January 2023.

→ A graduate profile known as D.I.V.E (“dive in”), which permeates all our programmes and has led to the creation of a proprietary skills repository.

  • “Develop”: our students learn how to break into new markets, market new products or services and, more generally, expand their organisation’s playing field
  • “Innovator: our students are able to design new business models and identify new growth drivers, thanks to their mastery of digital issues, their ability to work with a variety of profiles and their in-depth knowledge of the major challenges facing society.
  • “ValueCreator”: faced with the multiple challenges of the 21st century, our students develop a global understanding of performance: economic/financial, societal and environmental.
  • “Entrepreneur”: every student should feel capable of creating or taking over a company, whether in the new economy or in a more traditional sector.

3 strategic objectives:

→ To be positioned as the Grande Ecole for business creators and developers.

→ To be identified as the Grande Ecole of proximity between students and companies.

→ To remain the benchmark Grande Ecole for luxury management courses.

→ To place active teaching and personalisation at the heart of our educational project.
